FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE October 20, 2014 The Lucky Clover Gives Back by Donating to Caitlin’s Smiles Benicia, CA- The Lucky Clover Trading Co., a division of Kingsum, Inc. announced today they are making a donation of baskets to support Caitlin’s Smiles’ art auction. Caitlin’s Smiles is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 and based in Pennsylvania that provides gift bags to children that are in the hospital, as well as provide support to their families. Caitlin’s Smiles was inspired by Director Cheryl Hornung’s daughter who lost a 3 ½ year battle with cancer. Through Cheryl’s experience of caring for her terminally ill child, she learned that healing is a physical and mental process and that arts and crafts contributed to Caitlin’s positive attitude while in the hospital. With the help of Caitlin’s Smiles, hundreds of children are able to enjoy arts and crafts with gift bags. Associate Robbie Kociela states, “Caitlin's Smiles is a wonderful organization that not only brings art and creativity to children but instills fun and hope. I still have some of the crafts I made as a child when I was in the hospital and looking at them brings back good memories. Caitlin’s Smiles is definitely making a difference in the lives of children and I'm glad we can be a part of it!” The Lucky Clover Trading Company is excited about giving back to Caitlin’s Smiles in support of keeping Caitlin’s Smiles running and growing. The company selects one charitable non-profit organization to donate to every month. This program is open to non-profit organizations locally and nationally. The Lucky Clover Trading Company encourages those qualified to apply.
